JoolieSews: I knitted more cupcakes and Added Sprinkles

I finally added some glass beads to this cupcake and it looks great. This is the same pattern as the ones before. It is a freebie at Chloe and Spud Blog, but is knit by Susan B. Anerson. Here is the freebie Cupcake-Pincushion. Now the one above I used Dk yarn and knit on #3 US needles. I also didn't add the pin cushion inside. Using a smaller needle and yarn then the pattern made it smaller.

Isn't it pretty with the beads?

Okay, I knitted another and used the DK yarn or Knit Picks Shine sport weight. For me I get the same gauge as patterns that require DK yarn. This time I used #2 US, just to make it a little smaller. Now this makes it just slightly smaller.
